A Yoga practise that involves exercising all the joints of the body. We use a chair instead of a mat on the floor so this is suitable for anyone who may find this difficult for any reason or those who simply to practice a gentler form of yoga. This class will involve movements, poses, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. Feel calm, more at ease and help relieve general aches and pains in the body to maintain good health. Yoga can help with hypertension, osteoporosis, arthritis, sleep problems, anxiety and depression.Yoga promotes well being on all levels, mental, physical and emotional. Beginners and those with experience all welcome.
Wednesdays, 2.30-3.30pm, £36 for 6 week course
